All Sales Are Final
Because every item is made to order, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We encourage you to carefully review your order, including size charts and product descriptions, before completing your purchase.
Apparel & Tote Bags — Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your apparel or tote bag arrives with a print defect, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same item.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@leclubdeleiza.com
- Provide your order number
- Include a clear photo of the defect
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same item. Exchanges are shipped at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges are not offered for:
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Change of mind
- Normal color variations between screen displays and printed products
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
Stickers & Bookmarks — No Refunds or Exchanges
All sticker and bookmark sales are strictly final. Due to the nature of these products, no refunds or exchanges are offered. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Damages During Shipping
If your item arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@leclubdeleiza.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and do our best to find a solution.
Please note that lost lettermail packages (stickers and bookmarks) cannot be refunded or replaced, as Canada Post does not provide tracking or insurance on lettermail shipments.
