What payment options do you accept?

I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards. It's also possible to pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I get a price adjustment if I purchased before a new sale?

There will be no price adjustments for any items that go on sale at a later date.

How do I adjust my order?

​If you ordered a wrong size, input the wrong address, or notice any other mistakes regarding your order, please let me know as soon as possible at theleizaclub@gmail.com and I will do my best to adjust it for you! However, if your package has already been shipped I can no longer amend the order.

Do you have gift card?

Not at this time.

When my order will be shipped?

In about, 3-5 business days (excludes weekends) from your order date. However, shipping times may be longer depending on the season. If there is a hold up for any other reason, I will contact you via email and let you know.

When can I expect delivery?

Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days in the province of Quebec and Canada. Allow up to 4-8 weeks for US orders to arrive.

Where do you ship?

I ship ONLY to Canada and United States of America. Orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and Alaska cannot be expedited.

Do you have tracking?

All stickers are shipped via Lettermail/ Envelopes, which means there's no tracking.

Are the stickers waterproof?

The stickers are not waterproof but they are water resistant. Each sticker is printed on sticker paper and then laminated for added protection and durability. Each sticker is handmade by myself.
