Shipping Policies
Order Processing
All orders are carefully packaged by hand and shipped directly from our home studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. Processing time does not include transit time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship within Canada only. Unfortunately, shipping to the United States is suspended for the moment.
Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery times vary by province and are in addition to processing time:
- Quebec: 2–4 business days after shipment
- Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak or holiday seasons or due to circumstances outside our control. If there's any hold-up for any reason, I will contact you directly. Please check your spam folder and ensure info@leclubdeleiza.com is in your contacts.
Shipping Rates - Apparel & Tote Bags
We use a two-zone flat rate system to keep shipping simple and transparent:

Shipping Rates — Stickers & Bookmarks (Only)
Stickers and bookmarks are shipped exclusively via Canada Post Lettermail to offer you the most affordable shipping option possible.
- No tracking number is provided with lettermail shipments
- Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout
- Estimated delivery time follows standard Canada Post lettermail delays
Because lettermail is untracked, we are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for lost lettermail packages once they have been dropped off at Canada Post.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided via email for all apparel and tote bag orders once shipped. You can track your package at canadapost.ca.
Sticker and bookmark orders shipped by lettermail do not include a tracking number.
Damages & Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@leclubdeleiza.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to make it right.
Please note that lost lettermail packages cannot be traced or replaced, as Canada Post does not offer tracking or insurance on lettermail shipments.
🚫 Order Cancellations
If your order has already been shipped, I cannot cancel it. To cancel an order, contact me at info@leclubdeleiza.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Refund policy – Le Club de Leiza
Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
However, if your item arrives with a print defect, we will gladly offer an exchange. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@leclubdeleiza.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect
We reserve the right to assess each case individually. Exchanges are not offered for incorrect size selections, change of mind, or normal variations in color that may occur between screens and printed products.
