Shipping

I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. I also take payment from Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

I ship ONLY to Canada and United States of America. Orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and Alaska cannot be expedited.

Shipping costs will vary based on weight, dimension and shipping destination.

I only ship via Canada Post. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends) from your order date. Delays can happen during the holiday season. If there is a hold up for any other reason, I will contact you via email and let you know. Please be sure to check your spam folder! ​​

Every order is shipped via Lettermail-Envelopes, which means there's no tracking for the moment.

If your order is already shipped, I cannot cancel it. If you want to cancel an order please contact theleizaclub@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Certain countries charge customs fees depending on the worth of the goods in the package. Please note that I do not cover the customs fees.

Please note that I am not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to me.
